Change of Mind

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds in any part or in full for items purchased. 

Damaged item(s)

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or collection. For online orders, you may email us at info@adorndecor.sg to seek assistance. 

 

If you have already accepted the delivery, please retain all original packaging materials together with the product. Kindly reach out to us with photograph(s) or video(s) clearly showing the defect(s) on the item. We will review and assist on the next steps. 

 

Do note that we do not consider uneven-ness or slight differences of colouring/patterns as a defect. 

 

Claims for damaged or missing items should be reported within three (3) calendar days of receiving your order. 

Wrong Item Delivered

In the unlikely event that the item(s) delivered is wrong, please reach out to info@adorndecor.sg immediately with photograph(s) or video(s) of the item(s) received. Retain all original packaging materials and await our response.
